Khloe Kardashian is in Charge of my Body

We already established that we let people run the world and the music industry, but one thing we haven't discussed is who runs our life or technically our body.

So the question stands: who is in charge of our life? It is easy to say that we have complete power over ourselves right? Well yeah, but those are just words. Do your actions actually prove that? The answer is NO. We listen to the media and think "I need to look like that, I need to live that way." We look to "pop icons" to tell us what to eat and what to wear. It has become such a prominent thing in this day and time that Khloe Kardashian has decided to make a TV show called "Revenge Body."

But why do we do it? To be healthier? To be more popular? To get revenge like Khloe Kardashian? I'll tell you why you SHOULD be doing it: DO IT FOR YOURSELF. There should be no body shaming. Do not let a celebrity tell you how you should look. This is what is wrong with our generation. We look for answers in the wrong places and end up losing control of our life. You might as well say the year 2016 controlled my life. I say be proud of who you are. Love yourself. Do what makes you happy. I want you to be able to say "Hey 2017, you are the year I took my life back." Now make it happen.

Who's really in charge? Beyonce or Trump?

Last week we found out what pop culture things interest us. This week, I have a new question for you guys. Who really run's America? Is it Donald Trump or is it Beyonce?

Sure Donald Trump is president, but he is seen as more of a political leader. Beyonce owns the social media world, hence why she is known as Queen Bee. The question still remains: who runs America?

 If you were to ask Beyonce she would say "Who run's the world, girls!" Wrong answer girly. WE as Americans are in charge. We the PEOPLE have the power to make changes. Sure, we have someone leading our country and someone leading the music industry but how did they get there? Simple, what America wants, America gets. We have put these people on a pedestal in order for them to obtain the power they have.

So think about it, who really has the power here? Trump? Beyonce? Still don't know the answer? I'll give you a hint: YOU. You have the power to make a difference, why wait?

What do Donald Trump, Snapchat, and Yeezy's have in common?

We know who Donald Trump is. We know what snapchat is. We know what Yeezy's are. Question is, how are they relevant to one another? Well if you answered Kanye West like my brother did, you are wrong. The correct answer is pop culture. These three topics might be on completely different ends of the spectrum, unless you see Donald Trump wearing Yeezy's on snapchat, but they all are "icons" for us at this point and time.
